Position Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Sales Team at Croda Inc. The Sales Office Manager will be responsible for managing an efficient sales office and to continuously seek to improve sales administration processes through the application of SAP and business knowledge. Daily management of the Sales Office includes ensuring prompt and efficient handling of all correspondence, quotations, and complaints, technical inquires and sampling in accordance with internal QA procedures. Responsible for price maintenance for largest multinational accounts and developing internal sales procedures with a view to improving the operation of these departments. All other duties assigned by management. |
Required Skills, Experience and
Education:
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Extensive knowledge of SAP sales and distribution module required. Ability to understand complex commercial and technical contracts/agreements and undertake arising action preferred. Must have knowledge of relevant products and applications. Experience of dealing in international trade. Strong project management experience to undertake complex projects involving numerous departmental functions.
