Position Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Sales Team at Croda Inc. The Sales Director – Health Care will be responsible for overseeing all sales related activities pertaining to the Health Care industry such as identifying customer needs for the development of new products to identify as well as validate key potential new product opportunities coming from customers, market trends and new technologies, developing account plans for key accounts jointly with Marketing, visiting key accounts with Sales Representatives, monitoring new business forecasts and lost business and assigning account coverage and determining global key accounts and executing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing the Health Care Sales Representatives, act as a liaison with other departments on any sales related issues and developing 3 year sales plan and annual budgets. Determining pricing strategies by implementing price increases when necessary and evaluation, monitoring all pricing to be certain appropriate gross and net margins are being achieved and working with the Sales Representatives to develop Growth Incentive Programs at key accounts. All other duties assigned by management. |

Required Skills, Experience and
Education:
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or related field. MBA a plus. Must have 5 - 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry with progressive levels of responsibility. At least 5 years sales management experience. Advanced negotiation, management and technical course preferred. Proficient in MS Office required.
