Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary:

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Operations at Croda Inc. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all activities of the Maintenance mechanics at the site including safety, training, scheduling of all work, quality and efficiency of work activities, management of MP2 work orders and shutdown planning. This position will also be responsible for any external contractors working on mechanical items such as plant chillers and other large rotating pieces of equipment. This position will work closely with the site Maintenance Engineer ensuring that predictive and preventative tools are implemented to improve reliability and will work closely with the Operations team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the efficient, cost effective maintenance of all plant equipment. All other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Qualified candidate must posses a High School Diploma with Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5 or more years of industrial supervisory maintenance experience in a process type manufacturing environment.  Knowledge of production processes and activities is preferred. Ability to interface with all levels of site personnel is required.
