
Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join SHE at Croda Inc. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for sorting and distributing mail, order stationary, file correspondence, preparing documents for archiving, compile SHE data for reports and generate required internal/external reports, checking incoming invoices for accuracy code and process, schedule meetings, send communications to employees as needed and coordinate external mailings to customers and the community. All other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills, Experience and
Education:
The qualified candidate must possess a HS Diploma. 3 – 5 years Administrative experience preferred. A background in Safety Health & Environment is desired. Proficiency in MS Office is required, SAP preferred. Must be flexible, self-starter, with the ability to multi-task. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to meet required reporting deadlines.
