An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Sales Team at Croda Inc.   The Technical Sales Representative – Home Care & Process Additives will be responsible for managing the sales activities, business development activities and customer relationships within the assigned territory in a manner that assures the sales targets are achieved. Manage the customer relationship activities that motivate the customer to place more business with the company by utilizing key account management principles, providing pricing information to the customer and assure price quotes are documented to the customer and sales support team. Must utilize the sales pipeline tool to manage the new business development process, support the sales development and marketing team programs and initiatives, coordinate the sales activities and distributors within your assigned territory, provide sales forecasts, new business indicators that leads to a well defined demand plan for the region, coordinate on global accounts with other Croda sales personnel as needed, continually increase knowledge of companies and our customers markets, products and technologies.  All other duties assigned by management.
