Position Summary:

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Customer Support & Logistics at Croda Inc.  The Customer Care Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the industrial and export customer care teams by assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring adequate coverage of department and authorizing overtime as required, handling customer issues escalated by Customer Care Representative, monitoring SAP Customer Complaint System to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, approving all customer maintenance forms prior to submitting to the sales administration department, coordinating and prioritizing customer orders with the process of rescheduling. Will be expected to work closely with Production, Traffic, and Inventory & Quality Managers to insure customer satisfaction. All other duties as assignment by management.


Required Skills, Experience and Education:

The qualified candidate must possess a High school Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 – 3 years of customer service management and/or supervision in a manufacturing or distribution company, 5 – 6 years customer service experience. 1 – 2 years Export Customer Service experience is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, SAP preferred.
