Standard polymer styling agents may help to style the hair, but MIRUSTYLE MFP PE goes beyond styling to reduce frizz and static flyaway without making the hair look dull or feel tacky.  A quaternized version of maize starch,
MIRUSTYLE MFP PE has a high molecular weight that allows it to form films around the hair to provide a smooth, manageable style.  It is very versatile as it works in both aqueous and hydroalcoholic systems and it is unaffected by the presence of electrolytes.

 

Outstanding Style Retention
To show the superior holding capabilities of MIRUSTYLE MFP PE, curl retention studies were conducted comparing MIRUSTYLE MFP PE in a gel to a PVP polymer styling gel.  After 4 hours at 85% relative humidity, you can see from the pictures below that MIRUSTYLE MFP PE retains the curled style better than the PVP gel.

Hair with a natural tendency to curl is often prone to frizz and this increases as humidity rises.  As seen by the pictures above, the hair treated with the control, a leading retail styling cream, is beginning to frizz after 15 minutes, while the hair treated with MIRUSTYLE MFP PE is not.
