The management of Safety, Health, and the Environment (SHE) has a high priority throughout the Croda group. At all times, the company operates its business in a manner which actively seeks to prevent or minimize the possibility of its operations causing harm to people, animals or plants.

The Americas SHE initiatives are an important component of the Croda Inc business activities.  The company is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace, which protects the environment.  Through the use of management systems, Croda strives to exceed regulatory standards to assure a safe and sustainable business for our employees, stakeholders and community.

Croda Inc. has developed a SHE Management System to deliver continuous improvements in SHE performance.  Through these programs, employees are empowered to make safety, health, environmental and security activities an integral function of their responsibilities.  To achieve the high standards set by the organization employees are empowered and encouraged to identify and correct opportunities for improvement when identified.
