An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Marketing at Croda Inc. The Marketing Specialist - Communications will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, delivery and measurement of the marketing communications activities. Will be required to support electronic media communications by administering promotional media/mail campaigns and analysis of effectiveness, assist with updating the global and regional Croda website; coordinate and execute the e-seminar programs.
Will be responsible for print media communications including direct postal mail solicitations, supporting public relations and publicity campaigns. Assist with supporting the execution of the marketing plan across market sectors. Perform regular evaluation and analysis of marketing promotional activities through regular report generation, presentation of data and recommendations for program improvements. Coordinate and organize marcomm activities for Trade shows, hotel seminars and other customer-centric promotion or events including attendance at such events. All other duties as assignment by management.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
The qualified candidate must possess a AA, AS or technical certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1 – 2 years experience in print or electronic marketing communications, public relations or related field. Copywriting and copy editing experience is required. Computer literacy with MS Office proficiency. Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
