Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Customer Support & Logistics at Croda Inc. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer service and support for the sales/order department for Croda Inc. This includes but not limited to: order fulfillment and logistics of a large customer base and the export market. Key duties include order management, export support, customer service support, and administrative duties. Must perform all duties within the Company’s SHE regulations. All other duties as assignment by management.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
The qualified candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. 2 – 3 years of customer service experience with a chemical background preferred. Must be detail oriented and ability to multi-task, able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office, SAP preferred.
