This is the hottest
antioxidant and free radical scavenger since the industry standard, green tea!
Why? White tea is picked very young before any of the polyphenols have had a
chance to oxidize and partially ferment into tanins on the plant’s leaves. Its
leaves are covered in short white hair, hence the name. From China where they
are picked to Crodarom where the leaves are treated gently using microwave
extraction, the greatest care is taken to preserve precious actives and
concentrate them in abundance. The result is a performance extract that beats
Vitamin C and Vitamin E as an antioxidant. The graph below shows that less
Crodarom White Tea GL is needed to counter the same amount of free radicals per
unit of time. |
