benefits of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC’s) from red grapes come from the
deep color of their pulp. Crodarom has discovered that these same benefits from
white chardonnay grapes are locked in their seeds! Now you have the benefit of
a high (80%) OPC level in a powder form with Crodarom Chardonnay to deliver ORAC
levels superior to Vitamins C and E. |

ORAC value determines the total hydrophilic antioxidant capacity of various
products. The higher the ORAC value, the higher the radical scavenging
capacity of the sample.
TE= Trolox Equivalent which is a synthetic water
soluble Vitamin E derivative used as an internal standard and as a calibration
model.Crodarom Chardonnay is 36%
more effective than Vitamin C and 85% more effective than Vitamin E. |
